As well as the implications for the Premier League title race, it’s also Gunners boss Arsene Wenger’s 1,000th game in charge of the club – but he won’t expect a guard of honour from Jose Mourinho’s Blues.
The two have never seen eye-to-eye, partly due to Mourinho’s unbeaten record against Wenger and their barbs at press conferences.
