Ingredients: 3 tablespoons oil, 1/4 kilo tofu 1 fruit Beslhvh furred 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup shredded carrots 2 hanging Tamari soy sauce 1/2 cup crackers 1/2 cup bulgur wheat, the amount of sea salt and pepper 2 eggs
Preparation: Soak the bulgur in a half cup of water for 20 minutes .
Cooking : Ichouh garlic , onions and carrots in the oil over medium heat .
Drain bulgur and water is added to the mixture and stir well past .
Add the sauce and Altmari salt and pepper and stir and raise the fire .
Mashed tofu ( and mixed with eggs as desired) and added to the previous mixture .
Is a mixture in the form of tablets covered with crumbs .
Can be fried in oil or grilled on Jeril or in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.
